The Second Archive will hold 5,000 pieces. Half of them, She selects. The other 2,500 are chosen by you: rolled, presented, and voted in, week by week, over 38 ballots. This page is the whole system. Read it once and you know everything She knows.
Spend 1 Roll, draw a triptych from the locked v2 engine. Every roll is drawn through one of your Archetypes: you choose which. That Archetype becomes the piece's bloodline, recorded forever, and its nature tilts what you draw. Your dragon's rolls lean draconic. Blood carries. The full odds of every trait, and what each bloodline leans toward, are published: THE ODDS. The engine is locked; the numbers cannot move.
Spend 5 Rolls to nominate a rolled piece to the weekly ballot. Your wallet signs it; you are its scout, permanently. Rolls come only from holding, and only holders may present. No Archetype, no ink.
Free, and yours by the week: commons carry 7 votes a week, aliens and dragons 14, the Fifty 21, the Twelve Bankers 28. Spend them any day you like, stacked on one candidate if you believe in it. Votes refresh at the weekly close. They cannot be bought, banked, or sold.
Nominating never closes. Each week, at the close, two things happen in the same breath: the ballot that just finished its week of voting graduates its 64, and everything presented since the last close locks in as the next ballot. Every candidate gets exactly seven days in front of the congregation, no matter which hour it arrived.
Graduation Night is live: candidates side by side, tallies climbing, the class of the week read into the record. 38 ballots, the last of them the Commencement, the final and largest class. Then the writing is done.
Pieces that lose their ballot fall into the Crypt. They are not gone.
Exactly 200 Archetypes carry the Haunted mark, and this is their power: each week, every Haunted token casts one Crypt vote, and the three most-mourned pieces are Risen: graduated outright, carried into the archive marked Risen, forever. Each cohort of 64 is 61 chosen by the living and up to 3 raised by the dead. A Haunted token that voted for a piece that Rises earns 2 Rolls for its trouble. The Haunted do not haunt houses. They haunt the ballot.
Rolls are the Scriptorium's ink, and they have been accruing since the vault sealed on August 18. Every Archetype writes Rolls to whoever holds it, every day: commons 1, aliens and dragons 2, the Fifty 3, the Bankers 4, and the fifty rarest pieces in the archive write 5 to 50 a day by rank. Witnessing added more. It was all being counted. Attendance was always being taken.
Three things to know, and they are absolute:
The moment a piece graduates, one question opens: if its scout does not mint it, who may? That answer is sold, all season long, for Bids.
Bids are your Archetypes' third stream. Every token that writes you Rolls writes you Bids too, one for one, at the same daily rate. Rolls make pieces. Votes make the archive. Bids make claims. They cannot buy a roll, cannot buy a vote, cannot be bought, and like everything else in this room, they die at the mint. Spend the season.
Every graduate carries a standing high bid, and all bidding is in Bids. Not ETH, not money, not Rolls. Anyone may outbid, any day, from graduation until the Close, one week before the mint. Bids you stake are held from your balance while your bid leads; the moment someone outbids you, your Bids are released back to you in full. The bidding on a piece ends one of two ways: a buyout takes it mid-season, or the standing bid stands at the Close. Either way, the winning Bids are paid to the piece's scout, and the winner holds its second right: the Day 2 claim at the mint. Bids are wallet-bound. Rights are wallet-bound. None of it can be sold on. And a scout who keeps finding what the congregation wants grows heavy with Bids: the auction pays its winners in claiming power.
And the room has sharks. Each of the Twelve Bankers can, once a week, end any auction on the spot by paying double the standing bid in Bids. Each of the Fifty can do the same once a month. Taken private. The scout is paid immediately. Bid a real number, or a Banker prices your conviction for you.
The 2,500 you voted in never enter the public mint. Each one flows down its own ladder:
Every graduate is mintable only by its scout, at half the public price. First right, earned the day you presented it.
Unclaimed graduates pass to their second-right holders, also at half price. Of that payment, a quarter goes to the scout who stood aside and a quarter to the current holder of the piece's bloodline Archetype.
Her 2,500 mint publicly at full price. The graduates are not among them; the unclaimed ones go to Limbo instead. What the vote made pays its people when it wakes.
A graduate claimed by no one does not go on sale. It goes to sleep, bound to its bloodline, for as long as it takes.
A sleeping piece is never simply bought. Wanting it wakes it: any attempt to purchase triggers a public 24-hour auction, open to everyone. And unlike the season's bidding, this is not Rolls. Rolls are long dead by now. Waking auctions are real: ETH, on-chain. When the hammer falls, half the price goes to whoever holds the piece's bloodline Archetype that day, and a fifth goes to the scout who first presented it, wherever that wallet is now. The rest goes to the dev. If the bloodline holder wants the piece for themselves, they bid like anyone, and everyone else's share is the price of keeping it. Blood may always take back its own. It just may not take it for free.
The waking price rises with the years: it begins at twice the public mint price, climbs slowly forever, and the market's own enthusiasm raises it further, because the gate is never less than 1.2 times the average of the last twelve wakings. And She wakes no more than five sleepers a day, no matter who is asking.
Every Series 1 Archetype now keeps a public record: the pieces rolled through it, the ones presented, the ones that graduated, the ones marked Risen, the ones asleep in its Limbo, and every payment its blood has earned. This record rides the token. Sell the Archetype and its bloodline, its sleeping pieces, and all its future earnings go with it.
An Archetype is no longer only a face. It is a pen with a ledger.
Any Project Robin you hold may serve as the background of any piece you roll. Held is the whole rule: no burning, no locking, no limit on re-use, and the right travels with the Robin when it sells. When a piece graduates, its ground is baked in forever, and its metadata names the Robin that carried it. Try it now at the Forge.
